Kelly Services is seeking exceptional sales talent for a Maine based company. The individual selected for this role will be responsible for maintaining several accounts for a manufacturing company, and as such travel is expected 25%-50% of the time. Job description


Diamond Distributors


o Create and build individual Account Plans with Distributors


o Develop relationships across the organization with Senior Management, Marketing, Sales and Purchasing departments


o Keep the company at the front of mind in Distributor plans


o Help design and roll out Marketing Campaigns and promotions to grow revenue


o Ensure high visibility in their Digital Marketing platforms


o Train Sales Force


o Appoint New Distributors in line with the company's programs and policies


o Identify key end users, then motivate and sell alongside the Distributor-s sales people


o Work with them to develop testimonials and case studies Hardware Distributors


o Develop relationships across the organization


o Work with Distributors to package cleaning with hardware sales and promote cleaning as


part of effective Preventative Maintenance


o Make cleaning part of the Distributors standard offering


o Ensure high visibility in their Digital Marketing platforms


o Work with them to develop testimonials and case studies Consumable Suppliers


o Work with customers/prospects to package cleaning with consumables


o Develop cleaning as part of customers/prospects standard offering


o Ensure high visibility in their Digital Marketing platforms


o Work with them to develop testimonials and case studies All Distributors and Resellers


o Use history and order patterns to maintain and grow revenue Maintain and update CRM systems


**Requirements**


Job Requirements


At least 5 years experience in a sales role


Contacts in and knowledge of at least one of the following markets:

o Thermal Printer

o Printer Consumables

o Retail or QSR technology

o Cash or currency technologies

o POS Market


Highly driven with a Positive can do attitude Experience with CRM systems


Disciplined with strong follow up


Good team player with the ability to work across an organization, both internally and externally Flexible attitude with the ability to adopt to an evolving strategy and structure


The job requires an estimated 25% - 50% travel.
