A non-profit organization in Augusta is now hiring an Administrative Coordinator! Put your experience to use in a busy professional environment while completing work that is of benefit to the local community.

What's in it for you?

Full time job with temp-to-hire potential

8am-5pm Monday-Friday schedule

$15+/hour, DOE

Weekly pay

What will you be doing?

Answering calls

Providing executive support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, maintaining an electronic filing system, ordering and tracking supplies, and running office errands

Coordinating events such as workshops and conferences, including making travel arrangements, event setup and clean up, and greeting and welcoming participants

Assisting with special events, including selecting venues, making catering arrangements, and other tasks as needed

Contacting the landlord as needed for general maintenance

What will you bring to the job?

Office administration experience

A verifiable high school diploma (or equivalent)

Computer proficiency, and the ability to quickly learn new software applications

Great attention to detail, and excellent project follow-through

Strong organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
