Job Description:**


**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts

- Prepare and record journal entries

- Prepare and record month-end accruals

- Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting

- Perform month-end close

- Prepare reports and make recommendations that aid management in determining the proper

accounting of reserves, assets and expenditures

- Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts

- Ensure compliance with accounting deadlines

- Prepare and publish financial management reports

- Interact with internal and external auditors as needed

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field of study

- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles including GAAP

- Financial data and information analysis and reporting

- Attention to detail

- Ability to work under and meet strict deadlines

- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel
